  The worst lunch ever
  Made to wait 30 mins for our meal
  Kids potions super small and over priced
  
  When we were paying our bill there was a problem with computer system
  So made to wait again
  When we could finally pay the staff had our order incorrect on there system and where incredibly rude about it.
  
  Would not go there again

  Update May 2017: Rapidly going downhill. Arrived one mid-afternoon to find them turning customers away as they were closing because "it was so quiet". Clearly didn't dawn on them that keeping it closed guarantees it being _really_ quiet, and makes sure customers don't bother coming in the future either. I predict another change of ownership over the coming months.
  
  Update Feb 2017: Beginning to get inconsistent; for a while, Shillinglaw was great after the ownership change. Recently (from late 2016 onwards) however, it appears key people have left which has resulted in service becoming worse, wait times long and menu items not being available or changing recipes (to much worse).
  
  Still a beautiful setting and convenient for families with a great outdoors area, but it looks like they need new management.
