  Catered to about 60 people for a party at night . Owner was really nice and professional prior to the booking. Unfortunately on the day we were left feeling underwhelmed.On reflection the Glasshouse has over promised and under delivered for our event . Perhaps under staffed- evident in tables being set up pretty late upon the host arrival and drinks being served late ! It was evident that they were just not ready despite being given arrival time of guest. Entree coming out after the main meal which was a shocker ! Entree was simple just bread with olive oil which was meant to be at the tables while guest sipped on champagne - neither was delivered!! The bread came out after the main meals and this was really poor from a guest and host perspective . Had to remind several times and still no effort made! It is stressful for the host and to have to be running around trying to get the restaurant to fulfil what was agreed upon!! USB stick with music was not even played for the night despite being given to the waiter.- very disappointed that this happened- by this time we were exhausted with the reminders. We wanted to enjoy the night with no dramas. Staff while polite and courteous were doing their best but clearly were not fully prepared. For an event like this there should be no room for excuses. Definitely in need of improvement and owner most definitely just needs to pay attention to the details without expecting host to point out the details . (for instance checking the wine list that was written in the book at our meeting ) Probably not my next choice for an event . The tone we were expecting to be set which was promised by the owner was unfortunately not set. it is not complicated to produce what was agreed upon. Definitely plenty of potential as it is a pretty place but will not last for long if word gets out with this sort of service. The only saving grace is the food however was great - main meals was steak and chicken parma.
